Shipping:
Upon receiving your payment we will work to get your package out as soon as possible. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours. We charge actual weight based shipping charges. Shipping department is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
Domestic Shipping:
Rates and services may vary for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Most domestic packages will be sent UPS Ground.
Canadian Shipping:
For shipping to Canada please email us for shipping quotes. (We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped outside of the United States (allthough we can assist in filing insurance claims).
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship Internationally.
Multiple item discount:
Shipping discounts will be given to buyers of multiple items. Some larger items may not be eligible for combined shipping discounts.
"Local Pickup" items:
Item marked as "Local Pickup" cannot be shipped by Governors Antiques. These items can be picked up at our retail location in Mechanicsville Virginia. However, these items may be picked up by a freight company or delivered to The UPS Store for packaging upon request. Local pickup items will contain a red astrick next to the title in the shopping cart.
Returns:
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be approved by a Governors Antiques sales manager prior to being sent back. Items being returned must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped. Shipping and insurance cost are nonrefundable.
